Having the right travel documentation is the single biggest barrier to travel.
Starting on October 1, 2021, U.S. travelers must be REAL ID-compliant to board domestics flights and access certain federal facilities.
Passports can take weeks to process. Travelers will need a certified copy of their birth certificate, passport photos, and a completed passport application before submitting their request to receive a new passport or renewing a passport.
